Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (customs delays, courier issues, extreme weather, etc.).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24–48 hours].

Where We Ship

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KartStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KartStore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us from KartStore.Store.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check around your property and with neighbors.
2. Contact your local post office/courier with your tracking number.
3. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us at Kartstore.store within [30 days] of the delivery date and we'll help investigate.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs processing and additional charges. Delivery times for international orders typically range from [7–21 business days] depending on destination and customs processing.
